When T is a bit older - saline sinus flushing is amazing (and harmless), I use it almost daily for allergies and also preventing viruses taking hold - haven't had a "cold" since doing so!
My hair is greasy since I've stopped using estrogenic shampoo (no sulphate = natural oil freedom - apparently it takes around 3 months to balance itself - meanwhile, my hair is too short to tie back and too long to disguise greasiness so I'm just avoiding the ocean in case I kill sea life).
I want to come over and have a coffee with you.
